This document provides instructions for making an effective math study guide and review packet. The study guide should include the unit and section titles, formulas, methods described in words, and 3-5 example problems of varying difficulty levels. For each unit, make an overview page listing all formulas and methods. The review packet organizes past assessments and materials chronologically and identifies frequently missed problems to practice.

1. How To Make an Effective Math Study Guide/Review Packet
Study Guide:
1. List the unit/section title (ex: Unit 1 Section 1: Factoring)
2. List all formulas
3. List all methods (in words)
4. 3-5 examples (one simple, one medium, one (or more) difficult)
5. After completing each section for the unit, make a separate page for the unit overview

1. Organize all old tests, quizzes, and handouts in chronological order (starting with the unit test,
then each section quiz, then each handout. Repeat for each unit)
2. Go through and find frequently missed problems and practice those and others like them
