The Letters & Labels feature allows you to create a single letter template with tags that will be replaced with each recipient's information to personalize the letters. You start by uploading or creating a letter template with the appropriate tags. Then you select the contact list of recipients and the output format before downloading or printing the personalized letters and labels.

3. First you start with a letter, that
has the correct tags, you can
do this using the online editor
or prepare one yourself through
Microsoft word etc.

4. You need to upload your mailmerge template first or use the online editor to create one
