reporting
3. Be God! Define, decide, form, figure, build, design! There is
so much space in our work life and there are so many possibilities!

- resistance = I’m on the right way
- simply stop doing something that I feel is not necessary
- if a meeting is finished earlier, actively stop that meeting
- Relax with team, take breaks as a group
- Take a concise action list from every meeting
- Create a simple visual way to track progress
- make my physical environment more conductive for a flow that leads to
cooperation
