This document provides absurd and unethical suggestions for attracting investors from Sweden to Croatia that involve taking advantage of and manipulating mentally ill individuals. It recommends approaching potential investors while posing as medical staff in order to observe them without their knowledge and gain their trust by offering them things they are addicted to. Once their trust is gained, it says investors should be persuaded to come to Croatia where they have no legal restrictions and can be manipulated through alcohol, drugs, sex or force into renouncing their Swedish citizenship and investing in Croatia. After their money is spent, the document proposes sending the now stateless investors to a third country or back to Sweden.

Ladies and gentlemen. More than food, water and shelter, Croatia needs money. As we do not have money,
we have to look for it where it exists – in Sweden. Since our traditionally way of drawing in foreign
investments (kidnapping of a family member, and request others to invest, otherwise – to kill kidnapped
relatives and repeat the process) no longer runs, because soon we too shall be EU members, we are forced
to reorganize and seek alternative European ways to attract investments.
How to recognize a Swedish investor in Croatia? To answer the previous question we need to ask ourselves:
What qualities must have an ideal investor? Besides being rich (poor investors we already have in Croatia,
we do not need new ones from Sweden), it is advisable not to be too intelligent and curious, not to ask stupid
questions, we need the gullible, compulsive, morally unstable and to like sunbathing and eating agrums. The
required performance significantly narrows the space for successful finding investors. If we were in Croatia
looking for local rich, gullible fools we should set up a hunting check before parliament, but in Sweden that
kind of potential investors are kept in closed psychiatric institutions for wealthy clientele.
How to approach potential investors and gain their trust? Optimally you should approach them posing as
medical staff. Specifically, hospitalized patients around the world, they automatically believe and listen to the
doctors, nurses, hospital cooks. In addition, as medical staff you should be able to observe them undisturbed
for a longer period and to assess their financial potential, preferences, and even relatives who would guided
by their own selfish interest may prevent the Swedish investor in his intention to invest in Croatia. Once the
correct assessment of the personality of investors – one of them is prone to alcohol, other chocolate bars,
third addicted to various medications, others on sex, the investor needs to be discreetly offered of what he
wants. If you do it at regular intervals, after a relatively short period of time you will gain confidence and his
undivided attention.
Once we have successfully gained the trust, follows a decisive stage attracting Swedish investors and their
looring to Croatia. Specifically, in Sweden as opposed to Croatian, mentally ill people are not legally
