The key is to be conscious about what you are spending money on, and to avoid the pitfalls of focusing on everything except your revenue.
You’ve got a presentation coming up in two months.

Apparently, it's more fun to scrub a toilet then to write your presentation. It's easy to sit down in front of the computer, stare at the pulsating cursor while "what the heck should I talk about?" runs through your head on repeat like the Games of Thrones theme song.
Let's make it a whole lot easier to get your speech started! Use these 7 strategies to write your speech with ease.

In Jungian personality theory, people fall into a number of types. Firstly, individuals fall somewhere along the introversion-extroversion continuum, depending on whether they are primarily oriented to their own inner reality, or the outer world. In addition, everyone has a dominant function, one of: thinking; feeling; sensation or intuition.
But from a depth psychotherapy perspective, what is particularly important about Jungian personality theory is the orientation where the individual is weak. FOr it is those weak parts of the personality, that the person is seeking to develop and to come to wholeness or individualtion. So, we can learn a great deal about ourselves, if we can undersatnd our areas of inherent weakness, and where psyche is trying to work towards wholeness.
Newly graduated? On an alternate track? Say yes to tough stuff and new experiences. This slide deck from my culminating project portfolio is a preview of a presentation given at the Toastmasters Leadership Institute in Bloomington, Minnesota.

Selling a product quickly in under a minuteRay Garcia
(chapter excerpt from the book StartUP Cards available on amazon.com)
Selling is skills that is common all parts of the world and it follows a distinctive pattern that is easy to recognize in countries where the prices are not fixed and people expect to be negotiating with you. They establish a friendly relationship quickly then progress through stages in the sale until they discover the willingness to buy and the pricing point then they close the sale and try and attract the person to come back again recommend them to others and to have the person leave with a good sense of a bargain and that they found what they were looking for or discovered something new.
These sales skills are lost in the advanced economies that have large malls and little to no salesmanship present. They post a price, take it of leave it, then the rest is a dry transaction. When introducing a new product or service the need to sell is an absolute requirement for success.

You need innovation as an engine for you conference participants’ success!
This requires that you must break free of Infectious conference learning myths.
Despite our intentions to ensure that all our conference participants learn and network successfully, we seem to be working harder than ever at accomplishing less. And our attendees seem to be more disengaged than ever and longing for more. At any given time 50% or more of our conference attendees are not attending our programming.
In an effort to improve our conferences and help our attendees, we have pushed the existing conference model into hyperdrive, offering more and asking attendees to work at super speeds to consume as much as possible. Our richly-scheduled events—code for overly-scheduled—negatively affect attendees’ learning and quality networking in the long run.
We need to break free of infections myths about conference experiences, learning and networking to find ways to hardwire conferences to organically develop the natural intelligence of our attendees. It requires courage, tenacity and certitude that our conferences can become true learning events that redefine our participants’ 21st century success.
