I visit the Springdale Nursing Home Facility. The people there were nice and I actually volunteered
there to pursue my training in becoming a CNA. My mother used to work there a long time ago and
she enjoyed it, but now everything has changed. At the agency, their mission is to care for the

Growing up everyone had their favorites. They had their favorite food, favorite activity, favorite

Rachel Carson was a Marine Biologist and a conservationist who wrote Silent Spring, which helped
revolutionize modern environmental conservation. She was born on May 27, 1907 in Springdale,
PA. Her mother had a vast love for nature which was bequeathed down to Carson. She graduated
from Pennsylvania College for Women in 1927 with a major in Marine Biology and later got her
M.A. from John Hopkins in Zoology on the year of 1932. Initially, she wrote pamphlets on
conservation and natural resources while editing scientific journals, but after World War II and
recognizing the effects of synthetic chemicals after the war, she "reluctantly changed her focus in
order to warn the public about the long–term effects of misusing pesticides" (Rachelcarson.org, 5).
In 1962, she published Silent Spring and although she was attacked by the pesticide, chemical, and
some governmental industries, she promptly inspired a new generation globally to appreciate ...

the bathroom. A teacher forced the student to stay in his seat and the student vomited on his food.
Students that go to Springdale Jr./Sr. High School should be allowed to use the bathroom during
lunch because they need to wash up, to use it for emergencies, and to use it if you all of the sudden
need to use it during lunch. In the first place, students need to wash up after they eat. Some students
could be allergic to peanuts and tell on a student that eats a peanut butter and jelly sandwich sloppy.
