This document outlines a presentation given at HRMATT's 9th Biennial Conference on raising standards for Caribbean executives. It discusses using role-playing exercises and video feedback to practice important behaviors like giving feedback, overcoming indirect communication styles, and avoiding dominance in conversations. Executives from Trinidad, Barbados, and Jamaica participate in customized cases and receive immediate feedback on their performances to improve behaviors that are observable, coachable, and essential for organizational growth. The document emphasizes that steady, deliberate practice is needed for culture change and that the most impactful feedback can also be the most difficult to give.
