 They speak a foreign language....and can be a bit excentric
 "No" might be there favorite word......and what about letting us down easy?
 What is delivered.....is not what was expected
 The estimates are fuzzy at best....is this because you are going on a 4 week
vacation or is this hard to do?

6. Stereotype: The Administrator
 Hides behind catch phrases and powerpoints
 "Go Digital"
 "Hackathon"
 Fuzzy, vague requirements...to say the least
 Dreamer expectations
 Meetings, meetings, %&$%# meetings!

 Become a resourceful Salesforce Admin
 Show them you put in the time
 Use your Sandbox!
 Trailhead
 Certifications
 Know your business processes….insulate I.T. from useless meetings
 Involve your IT in the solution discussion
 Build solid mockups/specs…..and do the leg work! (fields, pages, etc.)

18. What we learned: Developers
 Listen to the business needs, not just the spec
 Provide solution options and pitfalls
 Be transparent in your development process
 Prototyping/ MVP
 Phase management
 Struggles
 Have an interest in the business
 Attend meetings from once in a while!

 Keep each other in the loop
 Meet regularly.....digitally or face to face
 Share all development, no matter how small (both of you!)
 Speak up when you hit road blocks
