Create a checklist of cleanup issues to be audited
in each area.
Each checklist item should be evaluated using
Excellent/Acceptable/Unacceptable
Points Awarded - 3 points for Excellent; 2 points
for Acceptable; 0 points for Unacceptable
A minimum acceptable point total should be
established for each area through the sum total
of acceptable responses.
The Housekeeping Champion should establish
the frequency of housekeeping audits.
