We created a targeted plan based on his key requirements for his
next opportunity and based on his feedback we lined up interviews
with two key vendors, ensuring he had all of the information he
needed to be prepared for each interview stage and make a decision
if offered the role.

He progressed to final interview stage with one and received an offer
