The media and entertainment (M&E) industry has been slow in adopting artificial intelligence (AI) but is expected to accelerate investments over the next three years, largely driven by the need for effective data management and competitive pressures. Despite currently being in early stages of AI adoption, M&E companies believe AI is crucial for their future and anticipate a significant rise in maturity levels. Collaborations and partnerships are highlighted as key strategies for overcoming internal challenges in building AI capabilities due to talent scarcity.
