History :-
 John Willard Marriott was the founderer of Marriott Corporation (which became
Marriott International in 1993).
 The Marriott company rose from a small root beer stand in Washington D.C in 1927 to
a chain of family restaurants in 1932, to its first motel in 1957.
 The firstJW Marriott hotel was the Twin Bridges Motor Hotel, which opened in
Arlington, Virginia, on 1957.
 Its Headquarter is at Bethesda, Maryland.
 The company is now led by his son, Executive ChairmanBill Marriott and President and
Chief Executive Officer Arne Sorenson.
 JW Marriott was ranked 2nd Luxury Brand in the American Customer Satisfaction Index

 Rai Bahadur Mohan Singh Oberoi is the founderer chairman of the group.
 The Oberoi, founded in 1934, owns or operates 30+ luxury hotels.

 Today Prithvi Raj Singh Oberoi is the chairmanof the Oberoi Group.
 It has been voted World’s Leading Luxury Hotel Brand in 2014World Travel
