soil, light weeding and levelling,
removing dead grass from lawns, and
generally for purposes performed in
agriculture by the harrow.

POST HOLE DIGGER
• Post hole digger is a tractor mounted
tool, used for making holes in the
ground. The farm tool includes a
rotating helical screw blade to
remove the drilled out material. It is
a specially designed machine that
digs pits for farm fencing and
plantation purposes.
• This tool is used to dig holes in the
ground, typically from a few inches
to a about a foot in diameter.
POTATO HARVESTER
• Potato harvesters are machines that
harvest potatoes.
• They work by lifting the potatoes from the bed
using a share. Soil and crop are transferred onto
a series of webs where the loose soil is sieved
out. The potatoes are moved towards the back of
the harvester on to a separation unit and then
(on manned machines) to a picking table where
people pick out the stones, clods, and haulms
(stems or stalks) by hand. The potatoes then go
on to a side elevator and into a trailer or a potato
box.
TURMERIC HARVESTER
• The harvester consists of a crescent-
shaped blade with three bar-points
meant to penetrate the soil.
• The bar points with the blade
penetrate the soil, lifting the
turmeric rhizomes along with the
soil. As the turmeric and soil move
along the slats, the motion separates
the rhizomes and allows the soil to
fall back into the field.
VEGETABLES TRANSPLANTER
• The Mechanical Transplanters are
excellent close spacing bed
transplanters that work well in
any soil condition. They can Plant
at spacing as close as 5-8 cm in
the row.
