6. The Mafumeira Sul Project
Currently, we have mobilized project management team for hook-up, commissioning (HUC), and carry
over works for 2 Well Head Platforms, the Centro and Sul in Angola for Mafumeira Sul Project. We
have accumulated 500,000 safe man-hours without Lost Time Incident (LTI).
This mega project is located 15 miles (24km) offshore Cabinda province in 200 feet (60m) of water, the
$5.6 billion Mafumeira Sul project is the second stage of the offshore Mafumeira Field development.
Angola continues to move forward, investing billions of dollars in major energy projects intended to
increase crude oil production and conserve natural gas even though the industry crisis happening now.
DAMI is proud to be part of this project in developing opportunities in Angola where Chevron has a
leading position and strong queue of major capital projects under development.
