- Door die 20 jaar ervaring, weten we wat er gebeurt in output. We zien vaak filevorming omdat it iets moet wijzigen in een document dat de business gebruikt.Itp is een oplossing voor meer zelfcontrole voor de business zonder it als bottleneck. De business heeft dus zelf snel en efficient controle over de inhoud.

For example when you are a customer of an insurance company, the product you receive is a policy - which in fact is a document. In these markets it’s very important to send documents - your products - in the right format, with the right corporate identity and the right content. When we look at our customer base in the insurance market segment we see for example..Allianz, who uses the ITP Document Platform for generating output out of their life business applications.ABN-Amro uses ITP for generating individual documents, several batch documents and OnDemand output creation.Within DAS all lawyers have a very flexible solution to generate business documents based on building blocks (we call them text blocks). They are able to define which textblocks will be used in the document. This process is fully automated with ITP/OnLine ServerThe insurance company Legal and General is using ITP for over 12 years now to generate all their business critical output.Goudse as well is using ITP in the full strength, the full ITP Document Platform is used to generate all documents related to the insurance company.Axa is using ITP in several countries to generate documents from their insurance application and for leasing of airplanes.Within Achmea ITP is the preferred output solution to generate all documents which are triggered by the user.When we look at financial services we see contracts, quotations, correspondence and forms. These are typical documents you see within financial service companies. In this market we see ABN-Amro, of course they are both an insurance and a financial service company. De LageLanden is using ITP globally to create all vendor leasing related output; like leasing contracts, quotations, invoices and correspondence. Robeco, just as De LageLanden, part of the Rabobank group, uses ITP for several types of output. One of them is a periodical personalized investment overview in a nice full color brochure containing a lot of different expressions. LeasePlan is using ITP as a central solution for document creation instead of having different output solutions for each application. LeasePlan standardized ITP for all output related processes like invoices, quotations or simple letters.Within the government arena we have many organizations using ITP for document creation. PinkRoccade Local Government is one of our partners in this segment in The Netherlands, to serve over 230 local governments, what in fact is more than 50 % of the local governments in The Netherlands. WIGO4IT is standardizing a solution for the largest local governments with ITP.
- Aia Software has a worldwide network of business partners. Some of our partners are focusing on local markets in for example The Netherlands and the UK. Together with our partners we serve over 850 customers in more than 30 countries.Partners like Xchanging are working globally, they offer an insurance application where ITP is integrated to generate the necessary output. Customers like AXA and Lloyd's China are using the Exchanging application Genius. PinkRoccade Local Government, one of our local government partners in The Netherlands serves over 230 local governments, what is in fact more than 50 % of the local governments in The Netherlands. ITP is fully integrated within their SAP based applications and the end-user doesn’t see ITP is used on the background to create the document.With Leanapps it is possible to outsource parts of your business. For example Allianz has outsourced their Pension department to Leanapps. So the full process of generating all necessary correspondence around pensions is done by Leanapps and ITP is used to create the actual documents. The partners integrated the ITP solution in to their own application. We also have business partners who have a catalog of products they sell. This can be a combination from own developed software, software from other vendors and the ITP Document Platform.PrintSoftfor example is a global company covering large parts of the world and they have their own developed solutions and have added ITP to their portfolio.- next slideBesides those business partners we have alliances with big IT companies like SAP, Microsoft and IBM. In the market we see organizations fully based on Microsoft. As Microsoft Gold Partner we know exactly how to integrate with the Microsoft solutions. If the organization is based on IBM technology it’s not a problem for the ITP Document Platform to create documents from the DB2 data that is stored within the IBM solution. Within SAP you can generate your own applications and ITP can be integrated to have a flexible output solution. Aia Software is flexible to integrate in your architecture and it doesn’t matter if you are using SAP, Microsoft, Oracle or IBM because we have those alliances.

Een groot deel van de markt gebruikt itp voor dit soort documenten, maar soms zijn er nog aanpassingen nodig in een document. Door middel van een vraag-antwoord scherm voor de gebruiker (al dan niet door het gebruiken van tekstblokken) kan ITP ook dit soort documenten makkelijk genereren.Tot slot de digital forms, waarbij het niet gaat om documenten vanuit een organisatie naar buiten toe, maar waarbij een klant zijn gegevens invult op een formulier bijvoorbeeld op uw website.
