The study aimed to determine the relationship between isometric and isokinetic strength and jump height, as well as the relationship between flexibility and jump height. Strength and flexibility measures were taken for 20 participants and correlated with vertical jump height. Significant positive correlations were found between strength measures, such as relative peak torque and average power, and jump height. However, no correlation was found between range of motion and jump height. The hypotheses that strength and flexibility are related to jump height were supported.
