This document summarizes the components, parameters, and test results of a PSpice model for a Toshiba HN2S03FE Schottky rectifier diode. It describes the diode's saturation current, emission coefficient, series resistance, and other parameters. Graphs show the diode's forward current characteristic matches measured data to within 0.3% error and its junction capacitance matches measured data to within 4.7% error.
