Company Profile

HMS Group is the leading pump manufacturer and
provider of flow control solutions and related services to
the oil and gas, nuclear and thermal power generation
and water utility sectors in Russia and the CIS.

Since being founded as a pump trading and servicing
company in 1993, and under the continuing leadership of
its founders, German Tsoy, Artem Molchanov and Kirill
Molchanov, HMS Group has developed into a vertically
integrated provider of a broad range of flow control
solutions to the oil and gas, power generation and water
utility sectors in Russia and the CIS, supported by a
strong research & development base. The Company is
growing organically and through acquisitions.

In February 2011, HMS Group completed an initial public offering of global depositary receipts (GDRs) on the
London Stock Exchange, resulted in an aggregate gross proceeds of US$ 360 mn and a post-IPO equity
value for the Company of US$ 967 mn. HMS Group is one of a few Russian companies which managed to
complete the offering successfully in 2011.

Strategy

New development strategy of HMS Group for 2010—2015, which it started to implement last year, sets
ambitious goals for the management team to aim for with regards to the expansion of the business and to
increase the Company's market value. The successful execution of this strategy will result in the
transformation of HMS Group from a manufacturer of pumping and oil & gas equipment into a leading
supplier of integrated solutions for all of the fundamental industries.
