Marketers: Are you able to keep track of consumers as they move from desktop to smartphone to tablet and back again—all in the space of a single day? Topics in this webinar include: What are the key touchpoints marketers must optimize to reach omnichannel consumers? What factors do marketers need to consider when connecting with today’s always-shopping consumer throughout what has become an ongoing purchase cycle? What steps can marketers take to make the customer experience seamless across the different devices consumers use and the physical environment?
The document discusses how mobile device ownership is rising rapidly, with the majority of households now owning smartphones and nearly half owning tablets. It examines best practices for utility websites to provide responsive designs or mobile sites for customer services like bill payment and outage reporting. Research from utility website benchmarks and customer surveys show that while contact information, bills, and outage reporting are top priorities for mobile access, utility mobile features are currently less usable and take longer to find compared to desktop versions. The document provides recommendations to improve the mobile customer experience through more optimized mobile designs and features.
This document discusses the relationship between banking sector development and economic growth in Lebanon. It presents two hypotheses: 1) that banking sector development leads to economic growth (supply-leading relationship) and 2) that economic growth leads to banking sector development (demand-following relationship). The author tests these hypotheses using a Granger causality model and finds evidence that supports both relationships, indicating a feedback effect between banking sector growth and economic growth in Lebanon.
The document discusses concepts for creating customer value, satisfaction, and loyalty. It outlines building customer value through perceived value and total customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding expectations. It also emphasizes monitoring customer satisfaction regularly, maintaining high product and service quality, and managing customer relationships through databases to maximize loyalty over the long term. Developing loyalty programs and listening to customers are seen as key to strong customer relationship management.

Three groups will be given different innovation exercises to work through for 30 minutes. Judges will evaluate the results based on possibilities, feasibility, and potential problems. The exercises include having members recount a typical work day and identify areas where technology could help, creating an empathy map of a role's experiences and challenges and technology solutions, and envisioning the needs and role of IT in three years to outline steps to work towards that future.

Más tarde, los deportes y ejercicios se sistematizaron y se desarrollaron nuevas actividades físicas en la Europa moderna. Hoy en día, la educación física enseña habilidades motrices y de salud, y también busca desarrollar valores sociales y capacidades mentales.
THE SACRIFICE HOW PRO-PALESTINE PROTESTS STUDENTS ARE SACRIFICING TO CHANGE T...indexPub
The recent surge in pro-Palestine student activism has prompted significant responses from universities, ranging from negotiations and divestment commitments to increased transparency about investments in companies supporting the war on Gaza. This activism has led to the cessation of student encampments but also highlighted the substantial sacrifices made by students, including academic disruptions and personal risks. The primary drivers of these protests are poor university administration, lack of transparency, and inadequate communication between officials and students. This study examines the profound emotional, psychological, and professional impacts on students engaged in pro-Palestine protests, focusing on Generation Z's (Gen-Z) activism dynamics. This paper explores the significant sacrifices made by these students and even the professors supporting the pro-Palestine movement, with a focus on recent global movements. Through an in-depth analysis of printed and electronic media, the study examines the impacts of these sacrifices on the academic and personal lives of those involved. The paper highlights examples from various universities, demonstrating student activism's long-term and short-term effects, including disciplinary actions, social backlash, and career implications. The researchers also explore the broader implications of student sacrifices. The findings reveal that these sacrifices are driven by a profound commitment to justice and human rights, and are influenced by the increasing availability of information, peer interactions, and personal convictions. The study also discusses the broader implications of this activism, comparing it to historical precedents and assessing its potential to influence policy and public opinion. The emotional and psychological toll on student activists is significant, but their sense of purpose and community support mitigates some of these challenges. However, the researchers call for acknowledging the broader Impact of these sacrifices on the future global movement of FreePalestine.
