No matter what size of company you’re at, you probably have a work phone. It might not have been given to you by your company, but you use it for work in one way or another. That means there is company data on your phone. Why do companies need a solution that secures the apps rather than the device – so employees can have the freedom and flexibility they need to get their work done.
Getting started with Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) using Enterpris...Tamim Khan
Hybrid Integration is the concept of federated on-premises and cloud-based integration combined with the improved interoperability of existing and new middleware silos of application, business-to-business (B2B), business process management (BPM), business events, business rules, and data integration.
Enterprise Application Integration TechnologiesPeter R. Egli
Overview of Enterprise Application Integration Technologies.
Enterprise Application Integration, or EAI in short, aims at integrating different applications into an IT application landscape. Traditionally, EAI was understood as using the same communication infrastructure by all applications without service-orientation in mind. This meant that the benefits of a shared infrastructure were limited while driving up costs through additional integration platforms.
Service Oriented Architectures (SOA) brought a new paradigm by decomposing applications into reusable and shareable services. Service orientation requires careful design of services. A hierarchic scheme of services may help to define a suitable service decomposition.
While SOA is technically based on big web service technologies, namely SOAP, WSDL and BPEL, WOA or Web Oriented Architecture stands for the lightweight service paradigm. WOA makes use of REST-based technologies like JSON and HTTP.
In many cases, an Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) is used as an infrastructure element to achieve the technical integration of the services. The ESB core functions like message routing, filtering and transformation provide the mediation services required to integrate heterogeneous application landscapes.

1. What is a website?
Websites are made up of files that are kept on servers, which are machines that house (a fancy way of saying "keep files for") websites. These servers are linked to the Internet, a very large network.
The computers used to access these websites are referred to as "clients," whereas browsers are computer applications that load websites via your Internet connection, such as Google Chrome or Internet Explorer.
2. What is an IP address?
You must be aware of a website's Internet Protocol (IP) address in order to access it. A specific set of numbers is an IP address. To differentiate itself from the billions of websites and devices linked to the Internet, each device has an IP address.

We all have good and bad thoughts from time to time and situation to situation. We are bombarded daily with spiraling thoughts(both negative and positive) creating all-consuming feel , making us difficult to manage with associated suffering. Good thoughts are like our Mob Signal (Positive thought) amidst noise(negative thought) in the atmosphere. Negative thoughts like noise outweigh positive thoughts. These thoughts often create unwanted confusion, trouble, stress and frustration in our mind as well as chaos in our physical world. Negative thoughts are also known as “distorted thinking”.
2024.06.01 Introducing a competency framework for languag learning materials ...Sandy Millin
http://sandymillin.wordpress.com/iateflwebinar2024
Published classroom materials form the basis of syllabuses, drive teacher professional development, and have a potentially huge influence on learners, teachers and education systems. All teachers also create their own materials, whether a few sentences on a blackboard, a highly-structured fully-realised online course, or anything in between. Despite this, the knowledge and skills needed to create effective language learning materials are rarely part of teacher training, and are mostly learnt by trial and error.
Knowledge and skills frameworks, generally called competency frameworks, for ELT teachers, trainers and managers have existed for a few years now. However, until I created one for my MA dissertation, there wasn’t one drawing together what we need to know and do to be able to effectively produce language learning materials.
This webinar will introduce you to my framework, highlighting the key competencies I identified from my research. It will also show how anybody involved in language teaching (any language, not just English!), teacher training, managing schools or developing language learning materials can benefit from using the framework.
This is a presentation by Dada Robert in a Your Skill Boost masterclass organised by the Excellence Foundation for South Sudan (EFSS) on Saturday, the 25th and Sunday, the 26th of May 2024.
He discussed the concept of quality improvement, emphasizing its applicability to various aspects of life, including personal, project, and program improvements. He defined quality as doing the right thing at the right time in the right way to achieve the best possible results and discussed the concept of the "gap" between what we know and what we do, and how this gap represents the areas we need to improve. He explained the scientific approach to quality improvement, which involves systematic performance analysis, testing and learning, and implementing change ideas. He also highlighted the importance of client focus and a team approach to quality improvement.
Operation “Blue Star” is the only event in the history of Independent India where the state went into war with its own people. Even after about 40 years it is not clear if it was culmination of states anger over people of the region, a political game of power or start of dictatorial chapter in the democratic setup.
The people of Punjab felt alienated from main stream due to denial of their just demands during a long democratic struggle since independence. As it happen all over the word, it led to militant struggle with great loss of lives of military, police and civilian personnel. Killing of Indira Gandhi and massacre of innocent Sikhs in Delhi and other India cities was also associated with this movement.
The Roman Empire A Historical Colossus.pdfkaushalkr1407
The Roman Empire, a vast and enduring power, stands as one of history's most remarkable civilizations, leaving an indelible imprint on the world. It emerged from the Roman Republic, transitioning into an imperial powerhouse under the leadership of Augustus Caesar in 27 BCE. This transformation marked the beginning of an era defined by unprecedented territorial expansion, architectural marvels, and profound cultural influence.
The empire's roots lie in the city of Rome, founded, according to legend, by Romulus in 753 BCE. Over centuries, Rome evolved from a small settlement to a formidable republic, characterized by a complex political system with elected officials and checks on power. However, internal strife, class conflicts, and military ambitions paved the way for the end of the Republic. Julius Caesar’s dictatorship and subsequent assassination in 44 BCE created a power vacuum, leading to a civil war. Octavian, later Augustus, emerged victorious, heralding the Roman Empire’s birth.
Under Augustus, the empire experienced the Pax Romana, a 200-year period of relative peace and stability. Augustus reformed the military, established efficient administrative systems, and initiated grand construction projects. The empire's borders expanded, encompassing territories from Britain to Egypt and from Spain to the Euphrates. Roman legions, renowned for their discipline and engineering prowess, secured and maintained these vast territories, building roads, fortifications, and cities that facilitated control and integration.
The Roman Empire’s society was hierarchical, with a rigid class system. At the top were the patricians, wealthy elites who held significant political power. Below them were the plebeians, free citizens with limited political influence, and the vast numbers of slaves who formed the backbone of the economy. The family unit was central, governed by the paterfamilias, the male head who held absolute authority.
Culturally, the Romans were eclectic, absorbing and adapting elements from the civilizations they encountered, particularly the Greeks. Roman art, literature, and philosophy reflected this synthesis, creating a rich cultural tapestry. Latin, the Roman language, became the lingua franca of the Western world, influencing numerous modern languages.
Roman architecture and engineering achievements were monumental. They perfected the arch, vault, and dome, constructing enduring structures like the Colosseum, Pantheon, and aqueducts. These engineering marvels not only showcased Roman ingenuity but also served practical purposes, from public entertainment to water supply.

3. The practical Application of knowledge especially in a particular
area, a manner of accomplishing a task especially
using Technical processes, methods, or knowledge . The
specialized aspects of a particular field of endeavor are called
technology.
4. There are some types of Technology describing bellow--
According to the National Assistive
Technology Research Institute.
Technology utilizes equipment such as
computers, mobile phones, multimedia,
software, games and apps. Email, blogs,
texting, instant messaging, social
networks, twitter and video conferencing
are all forms of technology-mediated
communication.
5. Let’s now discuss about ---------
--------“History Web technology”----
----
Sir Tim Berners-Lee (a British computer scientist) invented the World Wide Web in 1989.
In March 1989, Tim laid out his vision for what would become the Web in a document called
“Information Management: A Proposal”. Believe it or not, Tim’s initial proposal was not
immediately accepted. In fact, his boss at the time, Mike Sendall, noted the words “Vague but
exciting” on the cover. The Web was never an official CERN project, but Mike managed to give
Tim time to work on it in September 1990. He began work using a NeXT computer, one of Steve
Jobs’ early products.
By October of 1990, Tim had written the three fundamental technologies that remain the
foundation of today’s Web and the first Web page was served on the open internet in 1991.
6. Web technology
Web technology is the development of the mechanism that allows two of more computer
devices to communicate over a network. For instance, in a typical office setting, a
number of computers plus additional devices such as printers may be interconnected via
a network, allowing for quick and convenient transmission of information. The
processes involved in web technology are complex and diverse. Web technology
has revolutionized communication methods and has made operations far
more efficient.
Computers and other network devices need to communicate. A mechanism must make it
possible for a computer to communicate with another computer on the same network or
another network.
7. There are some examples of web technologies include:
Mark-up languages including HTML, CSS, XML, CGI and HTTP
HTML stands for Hypertext Markup Language. HTML is the primary markup
language that is used for Web pages. HTML tells the browser what to display on a page.
CSS stands for cascading style sheets. Cascading style sheets provide the ability to
change the appearance of text on Web pages. Using CSS, one can also position elements
on the page, make certain elements hidden, or change the appearance of the browser,
such as changing the color of scroll bars in Microsoft Internet Explorer.
8. Examples of web technologies include
XML stands for Extensible Markup
Language. Similar to HTML, XML is a
markup language designed for the
Internet. However, unlike HTML, which
was designed to define formatting of
Web pages, XML was designed to
describe data. One can use XML to
develop custom markup languages.
.
XSLT is an abbreviation for XSL
Transformations. XSLT uses the
Extensible Style sheet Language
(XSL), which is use to define the
appearance of an XML document or
change an XML document into another
kind of document—XML, HTML, or
another markup language format
9. Programming Languages and Technologies
JavaScript is an interpreted scripting language
commonly used on the Internet for creating Web
pages that respond to user actions.
VBScript is an interpreted scripting language that is
a subset of Microsoft Visual Basic. As a result, the
structure and syntax are similar to Visual Basic.
PHP is an interpreted scripting language that is used
as an alternative to ASP on UNIX-based servers.
PHP is commonly used to access databases and
provide server-side form and e-commerce
processing.
Visual Basic.NET is the next generation of the
Visual Basic programming language. Visual Basic
.NET is a compiled, object-oriented language that
leverages the .NET Framework for developing
powerful ASP.NET Web applications.
CGI stands for Common Gateway Interface.
Similar to ASP and PHP, CGI is used for server-side
processing for Web applications.
ASP is an abbreviation for Active Server Pages.
ASP is a server-side scripting technology that you
can use to create dynamic Web pages.
10. Web Servers and Server Products
A Web server is the computer on which you host your Web site. It is connected directly
to the Internet and sends hosted Web pages to the client using the Hypertext Transfer
Protocol (HTTP). If you host your FrontPage site through an Internet service provider
(ISP), Web presence provider (WPP), or Web host provider (WHP), you may have
access to several different types of Web servers. The most common Web servers
available are
1. Windows-based servers running Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) and
2. UNIX-based servers running Apache.
11. Windows SharePoint Services
Databases allow you to store information for easy
retrieval. On the Internet, databases are used to store
users' logon information, product information, and
customers' orders, among other things.
Microsoft Access is an easy database application
with which to work and provides powerful database
capabilities.
Microsoft SQL Server is a secure, robust, and
scalable database application that can grow with
the needs of e-commerce and financial Web
applications.
MySQL is an open-source relational database
management system that provides powerful and
reliable database management for Web applications.
MySQL can run on UNIX, Linux, and Windows-
based Web servers.
Oracle Database is a powerful relational database
management system developed by . Oracle, like
SQL Server, is a database application for large,
transaction-based and e-commerce Web applications.
12. Business Applications
Web applications have a variety of business uses.
The most common is e-commerce, but you may
have need of other types of solutions that extend
your business into the Internet or over a corporate
intranet or extranet. For all of these types of
business applications, the basic principles of Web
development apply.
The World Wide Web Consortium (W3C)
provides standards, specifications, and guidelines
for technologies that are commonly used on the
Internet.
Ecma International is involved with developing
global standards for information and
communications systems technologies and for global
communication networks, of which the Internet is
part
IETF stands for Internet Engineering Task Force.
The HTML Working Group of the IETF originally
defined the HTML language specification. In 1996,
the World Wide Web Consortium took over this task.
