SAPCON INSTRUMENTS is a well known company in measurement instrumentation, services and solutions for industrial
process engineering like flow, level, pressure. Having customers from a wide variety of industries, including chemical,
petrochemical, food & beverage, oil & gas, water & wastewater, power & energy and Cement Industries.

1). Project Title - Point level detection of liquids with tuning fork
Models - VLLS-341, VLLS-342, VLLS-121, VLLS-122, VLLS-1
Project Description - This universal level switch is used for the detection of all liquids. Independent of the
mounting position, it detects reliably with millimetre accuracy. The instrument can be used as low level or high
level detector, overfill protection, dry run protection or pump protection in vessels and pipelines. It offers
maximum reliability in a wide application range.
Responsibility & Work Done – Tuning Fork with the smallest mounting 1/2” & 3/4” BSP/NPT for liquids, Lead
the mechanical design team in designing new product, Design of all mechanical parts, Drawing creation, Proto
sample manufactured, Fitment trial, Improvements on customer feedback, Production Drawing creation, Train
assembly people and transfer technology to the production.
2). Project Title - Point level detection of solids with Vibrating Rod
Models - VRLS-1
Project Description - This level switch is for free flowing granular, free flowing powders. It detects reliably and
accurately the min. or max. level. The smooth surface of the vibrating rod, without corners and edges, avoids
jamming of the bulk solid and is easy to clean.
Responsibility & Work Done – Lead the mechanicl design team in designing new product, Design of all
mechanicl parts, Drawing creation, Proto sample manufactured, Fitment trial, Improvements on customer
feedback, Production Drawing creation, Train assembly people and transfer technology to the production.
3). Project Title - Point level detection of solids with Single Vibrating Rod
Models - VRLS-2
Project Description - This low cost single rod vibrating level switch is used for level detection in all kinds of
vessels, silos and containers filled with free flowing dry granular solids, free flowing powders. Due to its small
dimension it is ideal for small vessels. Because of the very sensitive sensing rod it can work in very light materials
also.

4). Project Title - Point level detection of solids with Vibrating Fork
Models - VFLS-1
Project Description - This level switch is used in powders and fine-grained bulk solids. The level switch detects
reliably and robust the min. or max. level. The tuning fork is ideal for use either in adhesive and abrasive products.

5). Project Title - Point level detection with Rotating Paddle
Models - RPLS-1
Project Description - RPLS-1 is a paddle switch for point level detection in free flowing bulk materials.
Compact design makes it an ideal sensor for full and empty level detection in free flowing bulk solids. New method
used in driving of paddle with no clutch and no gears makes it very reliable and easy to manufacture.
