November 1999 till date as a Senior Manager in Schneider Electric Infrastructure Ltd

 Meeting customers for understanding their requirements, gathering relevant information and
preparing SLD architecture to ensure proper understanding of customer requirements to meet

 Managing the Engineering activities schedule vis-à-vis project schedule,
identification of major & minor items of the projects, sizing of items, specifying technical
standards in detail and proposals to customer for approval.

 Co-ordination with CORE engineering and Mechanical designers for incorporating non-standard
features along with Semi Final and Final BOM. Resolving issues on Shop Floor for drawings,
BOM’s and issues raised during Customer Inspection and uploading all BOMs in SAP system.

 Support for After Sales Invoices with respect to BOM and Code creation and Scheme drawing
Standard library Creation.
 Preparation of GA, SLD, Schematic drawing, Wiring Schedule, Door Cutout, Nameplate lists, Bus
wiring drawing etc.
 Special schematic drawing using Micom/other numerical relays, digital meters, annunciation,
auto bus transfer, momentary paralleling, synchronization etc.
 Making & maintaining dynamic plan chart as per SIOP. Tracking of Engineering efficiency,
service trend, engineering & quality chart.
 Visiting customer/consultant premises for technical discussion for approval of Drawing &
documents.
 Helping testing & production personnel in case exigencies.
