Kids came all decked up in 90's attire to mark the

4. Eleventh G. S memorial - an inter school festival
commenced today with preliminary matches of
cricket league. Sprawling ground was filled with
players full of enthusiasm and zeal as various
teams from around 45 prestigious institutions
participated today. There was a great display of
skills by young players. The preliminary matches
of cricket, football and basketball will be played
from 6th to 12th October 2022.

inter school carnival. The main aim of
conducting matches is to encourage the
youngsters towards a healthy and positive
lifestyle.

Skating is an exciting sport and students
love the feeling of being athletic,
graceful and independent on the wheels
beneath their feet.
It was a delightful moment to see
massive response and participation of
large number of students in G.S
Memorial skating championship held for
boys and girls in the newly inaugurated
skating rink on the terrace. Students of
Grade I-X participated in the event
under different categories.
Students displayed their sporting talent,
technique and agility in various events
and won applause from the audience.

Students participated in G.S. Memorial -Inter
School Swimming Competition held in the school
premises for Grades I-X (boys and girls) wherein
there was a magnificent and remarkable display
of stamina and endurance among swimmers.
Participating teams performed so impressively
that they bagged medals under various
categories.
9. Amid much excitement and fervour, a two-day
glittering cultural extravaganza, G.S.Memorial-
2022 Inter-school carnival, concluded. The grand
festival aims to bring young people, from
different walks of life together on the same
platform to compete, share and highlight their
talents. The event had a colourful start with 4500
students from around 45 schools participated in
cultural extravaganza showcasing their daring
skills in sports and other co-curricular activities.
The final matches in sports were played on the
grounds.
The most awaited moment was the prize
distribution. The show was a huge success.
10. It is the time to celebrate and
congratulate all the winners who
participated in G. S. Memorial 2022 –
interschool carnival and for winning
overall trophy both in co-curricular as
well as in sports. This amazing
accomplishment has taken JSHS
another one step ahead towards its
success journey. The diligent work and
commitment are paid off with your win.
Be the same always and add numerous
quills of achievement to your crown.
Congratulations to all the mentors and
students on this big win.
11. Congratulations! JSHS bagged overall winners trophy in B.C.M Techno Fest competition.
Students brought laurels to the school by bagging 2nd position in both Science Expo and
Robothon wherein they displayed the working models based on safe transportation &
Robotics. The models were highly appreciated by the judges.
In English declamation, the student won III position. Students were given a cash prize of
rupees 3500. A great achievement indeed! Kudos to the team.
12. ‘Deepavali’ literally means an ‘array of
lights’. To make the students
understand the importance of Diwali,
students celebrated the festival wherein
they participated in an enactment based
on the life of Rama. LKG students
enthralled the audience with a zealous
dance performance on Diwali. Children
were urged to celebrate green Diwali
and given options to make and burst
eco-friendly crackers with balloons and
paper.
Primary wing celebrated the festival of
lights by making Rangoli.

Up Keeping with the Halloween spirit, the
kindergarten students of JSHS came dressed
as ghosts, witches, vampires, bats, etc for the
Halloween celebration and were ready to go
trick-or-treating! The School was decorated for
Halloween, with all things spooky and scary!
