Where We Add Value
Increase Value from Lower-Scored Leads
Since our process can work thru leads more effectively than most sales teams, we have been
used to work thru the lower half of a batch of scored leads, so that the out-bound sales team is
only working the highest scored leads, and our platform is used to work the lower half.
Convert Data Leads to Qualified In-Bound Calls
Allow firms that prefer In-bound over Out-bound sales models to be able to take advantage of
traditional Internet data leads, which is the most common type of lead available today.
Increase Lead Consumption Capabilities
Since there is so much time consumed in the contacting/qualifying/confirming interest stage of
the sale, firms are often limited in the volume of data leads they can effectively consume. By
converting some or all of these to Hot Transfers, the volume of leads that can be consumed
effectively can more than triple.
Improve Call Center Utilization
Since we incorporate efficient use of call center services as needed in our core offering, we
provide firms with an easy and scalable method of employing call center services in a flexible
and pay-per-use model that can be doubled in strength, or completely turned off, at the flick of
a switch.
Increase Staff Utilization
Since on average, a sales professional only spends 20%-30% of his/her time selling; the other
70%-80% contacting/qualifying/confirming interest, we allow firms to better utilize their investment in
people and infrastructure by allowing their sales professionals to spend 100% of their time selling.
Where Hot Transfers May Not Add Value
• Low Lead Volumes
If a client has an out-bound team, but is unable to keep them full with new
Data Leads either because of cost or availability, then Hot Transfers may
not make sense. This is because they are already paying the outbound
staff, and they probably have the time to work thru the leads. If they can cut
staff, then Hot Transfers may add value to help increase utilization of the
new reduced staff to produce the same or better results.
• No Inbound capabilities
If a customer doesn’t have the ability to receive in-bound calls,
then Hot Transfers will not work.
