This document provides information on creating short videos using Vine or Instagram to share health information. It suggests including quick facts, hashtags, or visual aids in 6-second Vine videos. Ideas are given for stop-motion, time-lapse, or flipbook styles. Vine allows 6-second videos while Instagram allows 15 seconds.
