managing skills of the business. We gain theoretical knowledge in college but are not enough
for development, but also to have the practical knowledge.

We are presenting this report on the industry HERO MOTOCORP. This report has all
information which starts from the origin to until the date. It helps in better developing of

               INTRODUCTION
 Hero MOTOCORP LTD., Formerly HERO HONDA, Is An
  Indian Motorcycle And Scooter Manufacturer Based In New Delhi in
  India.


 Hero Honda Started In 1984 As A Joint Venture Between Hero Cycles Of
  India And Honda Of Japan.


 The Company Is The Largest Two Wheeler Manufacturer In India. The
  2006 Forbes 200 Most Respected Companies List Has Hero Honda
  Motors Ranked In 2010, When Honda Decided To Move Out Of The
  Joint Venture. Hero Group Bought The Shares Held By Honda.


 Subsequently, In August 2011 the Company Was Renamed Hero
  MOTOCORP with A New Corporate Identity.


 On June 4, 2012,Hero MOTOCORP Approved A Proposal To Merge
  The Investment Arm Of Its Parent Hero Investment Pvt. Ltd. Into The
  Automaker.

 The Decision Comes After 18 Months Of Its Split From Honda

an intrinsic ability to increase reach in new geographies and growth
markets. Hero MOTOCORP'S extensive sales and service network now
spans over to 5000 customer touch points. These comprise a mix
of authorized dealerships, service & spare parts outlets and dealer-
appointed outlets across the country.

VACATION:-
      Employers may offer unpaid vacation time as well. The amount of
vacation time

SICK DAYS:-

There was a huge amount of scrap. For the security of the workers they
providing helmet to them and they also provide a healthy environment.

Safety of employees is very good in the plant of HERO.

They arrange daily meeting of management person and discuss the
problems with each other. It’s good thing for the company and make
strong company’s management.

The company use the T.V media for its advertising and promotion like
other companies.

Company include more and more social activities which can also help it
earn the publicity.

Page |5 INTRODUCTION  Hero MOTOCORP LTD., Formerly HERO HONDA, Is An Indian Motorcycle And Scooter Manufacturer Based In New Delhi in India.  Hero Honda Started In 1984 As A Joint Venture Between Hero Cycles Of India And Honda Of Japan.  The Company Is The Largest Two Wheeler Manufacturer In India. The 2006 Forbes 200 Most Respected Companies List Has Hero Honda Motors Ranked In 2010, When Honda Decided To Move Out Of The Joint Venture. Hero Group Bought The Shares Held By Honda.  Subsequently, In August 2011 the Company Was Renamed Hero MOTOCORP with A New Corporate Identity.  On June 4, 2012,Hero MOTOCORP Approved A Proposal To Merge The Investment Arm Of Its Parent Hero Investment Pvt. Ltd. Into The Automaker.  The Decision Comes After 18 Months Of Its Split From Honda Motors.[10]
