Job Profile:
 Currently associated with “IOT Infrastructure and Energy Services Ltd” (A joint venture of IOCL
and Oil tanking GmbH previously known as “Indian Oil Tanking Ltd”) since May 2013.
 Operation and Maintenance of Oil Terminal / Cross country pipeline as per Oil Standard
Safety Directorate.
 Operation and maintenance of different machinery like Pumps,Compressors,Diesel Generator,
OWS,Valves,Fire Fighting Equipment .
Responsibilities Handled:
 Responsible for all mechanical maintenance of terminal facilities.
 Implementing the best maintenance practices to facilitate uninterrupted operations and reduce
the maintenance cost.
 Coordinating for carrying out all scheduled & preventive maintenance of rotating and
stationery machineries as per standard practice and OEM’s recommendations.
 Carryout condition monitoring and routine maintenance of stationary and rotary equipment to
avoid any possible breakdown
 Proper planning & coordination for carrying out all kinds of predictive as well as break down
maintenance,coordination for shut down activities and arranging required resources for
mechanical maintenance i.e. manpower, tools, tackles, spares & consumables and inventory
management etc. within allocated budget.
 Maintenance of different pumps like Centrifugal,PD Pumps,Pneumatic Pumps,Slurry Pumps.

2.  Trouble shooting of different models of Compressor like GA-7,GA-75,GA-100,ZT-22etc.
 Operation and Maintenance of different types of Valves like Ball Valve,Gate Valve,Plug
Valve,Butterfly Valve,Globe Valve,TRV,PRV,MOV etc.
 Inspection and Maintenance of Cross Country Pipeline like Pneumatic and
Hydrotesting,Cathodic protection,upgrading and effectiveness testing,Coating survey,Regular
line patrolling,Risk assessment,Internal corrosion monitoring etc.
 Inspection and Maintenance of External Floating Roof Tank, Internal Floating roof Tank,
Dome roof and Fixed roof Storage as Per OISD Standards. And Take immediate action to
Attend Abnormality observed.
 Maintenance of mechanical fittings of tank,external surface prepation as per ISO 8501 and
WA 2.5 standard and painting with DFT of 310.
 Actively Involvement in Tank Cleaning, Roof drain System Swivel Joint replacement, Pontoon
Leakage Rectification, Bottom Plate Scanning, and Cross Country Pipe line Leakage Rectification.
 Handling of Commercial functions,Contract negotiations and Materials
Procurement and Inventory Management ,AFE,PO,WO,GRN etc
 Face the certification Audit like ASME, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 internal
Audit.
 Maintain the machinery history for pump,compressor,tank etc
 Co- Ordination with Manufacturing and Project Management cell Department to complete the
Job within specified cycle time.
 Reporting incidents in terminal ,identifying root cause,give possible remedies.
Projects Handled:
 Conversion of Dome roof tank into floating roof tank.
 CC Line Replacement of 75m at RIL Culvert.
 Multi Product Piggable Line for Tank Wagon Unloading at Navghar Terminal.
 Tank external surface preparation and painting for Dome for tanks.
 Coordinated with BRIC for 20” BO and WO pipeline.
 Rail Gantry shed extension project .
