A message from our CEO,
Nadeem Iqbal
The Heighten team whole heartedly believe that all businesses, large and small can use their leverage and profits
to do good in the world.
We celebrate all of our success at Heighten by contributing to the United Nation’s Global Goals through B1G1 and
we also support many local causes that are close to the hearts of the HeightenTeam members.
During our quarterly planning meetings, each team member chooses a project related to a B1G1 or local cause
that we make a giving towards based on achievements within their role. Each team member is also given the
opportunity to put forward a cause or project for us to make our monthly local donation towards too.
Myself and the Heighten team are very passionate about giving back and we do our best to help whenever we can.
I hope this report inspires others to help and support causes they are passionate about to.

Nadeem Iqbal, CEO
Nadeem’s why …
I am passionate about Education, we should never stop learning and developing our personal and business skill. Providing business training I believe is essential
to help people become self sufficient and support their families.
We share this planet with so many other species yet many of them do not get our attentions. Street dogs in many countries are mostly neglected and thus
develop aggressiveness and nervousness and are unable to lead a healthy life due to severe hunger and weakness. By offering them a much-
needed nutritious feed can give them a change to thrive again.
Throughout the world, young people and children live in fear and all that stands between them and suffering is helping hands to find meaning in life.
Providing them training in several unique disciplines such as acrobatics, aerial acts and juggling helps them to face the adversities of life. In a community with
deeply entrenched issues such as domestic violence, child labour, human trafficking and substance abuse, performing art can strengthen autonomy, solidarity,
self-esteem, physical fitness, communication, and adaptability of the at-risk youth and help break the cycle of poverty.
For every client who signs up for
Elevation or Pinnacle Plan, we

Michael Eracleous, Managing Director
Michael’s why …
“I always troubled seeing children starving and people with no food to eat, clean water to drink and home to live. It is terrifying for me to think, people sleeping
in street in cold and terrible weather. I am passionate to help these people across the globe”.
For every client we save in tax , we
Share your joy of giving by
providing nutritious food for an
Ethiopian nursery school child for a
day.
For every time our team member
meet personal and business target, we
will give food and shelter to the

6. 6
Nazanin Hakimi, Operations Manager
Nazanin’s why …
“My close family member went through serious health issues and as a result it is important to me to provide 1 day of healthcare training to a woman and this
may help thousands of children under 5 to not die each year from perfectly preventable diseases, accessing this kind of education can transform lives. Women
in rural areas are empowered to take care of themselves and escape the situation of extreme poverty in which they live.
I am passionate about education specifically with children education and it is important to create context-specific child-friendly educational materials to help
girls and boys learn about online child sexual exploitation and abuse; Sexual exploitation often occurs in the poorest communities, where violence and abuse are
common and where dysfunctional and fragmented families feel powerless to prevent it and have become de-sensitised to its impact therefore it doesn’t matter
how little we would be able to help but we may be able to teach children that is not normal but a violation of their rights, and that they are not to blame if they
experience it.”
When a team member demonstrate or
implement a new solutions for the practice or a
client, we will give a training workshop in
Colombia to prevent child sexual exploitation
When we receive a 5 star review on a Trust Pilot or
other online platforms, we provide healthcare &
education in Cote D’ivoir with a focus on mothers
and babies who are unable to access essential care
7. 7
Giusy Popolo, Personnel Manager
Giusy’s why …
“I am passionate about human rights and children and I believe that every child in the world deserves a safe and loving home. It really upset me when I see a
child surviving in poorer countries without having the basic needs like shelter, food, clean water and safe environment.
Children can be seriously affected by their housing situation. It can impact upon their health, physical safety, enjoyment, personal achievement, schooling and
life chances. As I cannot do anything practically with my hands to solve these issue, it is great that by doing my job and helping our clients, team and suppliers
out, I am helping to provides a home and family for those who do not have family or are unable to remain with their family of origin. To provide a safe and
loving home for orphaned and vulnerable children makes me gratified.”
When our Team Member celebrates their
anniversary in the Company, we give a home to
a child for a week in Kenya by providing day-to-
day needs to the orphaned and vulnerable
children in care.
