body and it also needs proper supply of blood
like other body parts.
 The adequate supply of blood to heart keeps
it active and it provides an adequate amount
of oxygen to other body parts to keep them
working.
 Heart not only pumps blood for rest of body,
rather it also pups the blood to itself through
blood vessels called coronary arteries.
 These arteries are blood vessels that originate
from major blood vessel called aorta and link
with bottom surface of heart.
 Heart disease delineates several conditions
that may damage human heart.

3.  The contracting of coronary arteries may
stop or reduce the adequate supply of
blood to heart especially during walking or
taking exercise. If this process continued,
then the symptoms of heart disease appear
and it may cause the death of person.
 The extreme condition of this disease may
lead the patient towards death.
Cardiovascular disease is second name of
heart disease. Both terms are
interchangeable. Cardiovascular disease
also occurred due to contraction of blood
vessels that stops the supply of blood to
heart

and pounding in your chest are common
symptoms of several heart diseases.
 Anyone can trace the heart disease just
through understanding its symptoms.
 It is compulsory to have a knowledge
about heart disease symptoms to prevent
from it.

ultimately caused by using sweet and
sugar products.
 The plaque disease is caused when
arteries' are damaged.

the leading cause of death all over the world. In case of USA,
heart disease is cause of 610,000 deaths within the country.
 Out of four, every one death occurred due to heart disease.
370,000 people died due to Coronary disease. After every 43
second, a person became the victim of heart attack.
 After every 60 or 70 second, someone died due to heart
diseases. This death time is reducing very rapidly. It is said that
in 2019, it would be 40 to 45 second.
 The US economy bearded a cost of $108.9 billion every year
due to heart disease. These calculations are enough to
demonstrate the increasing threat of heart disease within USA.
 According to calculations for 2014, 43 million women in USA
are suffering from heart disease and it is increasing. Out of 31,
only one woman died due to breast cancer in USA, while out of
three, one woman died due to heart disease.

7.  There are several things which can put you at
risk of heart diseases.
 Some things can be controlled and something
can not.
 Having awareness about heart diseases is key
factor to keep yourself away from this.
 Don’t smoke is first suggestion to prevent this
disease.
 Manage your B.P and control the amount of
cholesterol in your blood.
 In case of disease, get know about your family
history.
 Daily exercise and walking is best solution to
heart disease.
 Losing weight and always eat healthy diets are
two mandatory conditions to stop heart
disease.
 The diets having extra fat or sugar always
cause heart disease.

8. From above discussion it is clear that through slightly
changing our lifestyle, we can save us from several
heart diseases. Stopping the use of tobacco and other
drugs can save our life. in the same line, use of
healthy and proper diet is also mandatory to keep us
healthy. The diets with high amount of fat and oil are
an open invitation to heart disease. the most important
is taking a daily exercise of 30 minutes is enough to
mitigate risk of heart diseases. The given statistics of
heart disease are enough to change our view about this
alarming diseases. The increasing rate of heart disease
in men, women and even child is very dangerous for
our future generation. Although heart disease is
leading cause of death all over world, but it does not
mean that anyone accept it as his or her fate. It is
responsibility of whole society to diagnose and cure
this problem. In hence, we must understand that a
healthier and active life style can prohibit and save us
from heart disease.
