Guidelines for eating healthy food

1: Eat a sufficient amount of complex
carbohydrates such as: rice, starches, and pasta,

the body.

2: Eat whole grains such as oatmeal, brown rice,
and brown pasta.

3: Eating more fruits and vegetables, and the
reason they contain important dietary fibers that
maintain the health of the stomach.

4: Avoid frying foods, and it is preferable to cook
them by steaming or boiling them.

The most important healthy foods
1: Meat: Meat contains a sufficient percentage of proteins,
