This document provides a design proposal for a new medical/health care facility in Tallahassee, Florida. The facility will offer a range of services including preventative care, minor injury treatment, immunizations, women's health services, and health education workshops. It will be located near Miccosukee Road and Surgeons Drive. The design draws inspiration from the moon, aiming to create a soothing environment through blue and gray colors, curved walls, and natural materials. Floor plans, elevations, and perspectives of the proposed layout are included.
