16. Healthcare $10 million dollar SPC-2/NPC-3 seismic
upgrade that will bring the existing type I
hospital up to current structural standards by
providing extensive new concrete shear walls
thru out the 4 floors of the West, Main &
North wings. The new structural work will
require remodeling of Surgery, Radiology,
Administration, Patient rooms & the Central
Plant. Also, the facility will be upgraded to
meet current Title 24/ADA requirements by
proving accessible hardware and accessible
components along the path of travel leading
to the remodeled areas of construction.

classrooms and 2 chemistry laboratories with the
requisite specialized equipment, including fume
hoods and a special computer classroom. A lunch
facility, which seats 400 students and 200 faculty
