 complete physical, mental
 and social.
SPORT AND HEALTH
The relationship between health
 and sport is that sport improves
 health and quality of life.
TYPES OF SPORTS
Active   sports:
     Shock: football, wrestling,
     hockey, martial arts, boxing
    Contact: basketball, handball,

     volleyball.
    Non-contact swimming, tennis,

     gymnastics, cycling, skiing,
     sailing, athletics.
Exercise  is necessary for a
balanced health and must also
be complemented with a
balanced diet and adequate
quality of life.
YOUR BENEFITS

 Assists in combating stress, anxiety and
  depression.
 Improved muscle tone and resistance to fatigue.
 Burns calories, helping to lose excess weight or
  maintain ideal weight.
