Introduction:
Hasil is a Pakistani Novel, written by Umera Ahmad. It is a great novel. The story revolves aroun
d two persons, Sania and Hadid extremely opposite in thought about religion. The Girl Belong to
the middle class family. She has average looks but possesses a very strong character. She detests
using unfair means for acquiring anything in life. But she is love one personality in home. On th
e other hand, the Boy has strong family background. He call Allah when he needs otherwise he f
orgets Allah. Both Character is strongly represented the present youngster and their life style.
The story revolves around the lives of Hdid and Sania. Sania a very childish and judgmental girl
, comes from a middle-class family background and lives with her mother and Father and her tw
o brothers and one brother married. Everyone loves her and gives full attention. But she fall in lo
ve with boy but boy was christen and his family do not give permission to got married with this c
hristen boy but she insist to married him. Then Sania brother kills the Christen boy and went to t
he jail. Sania consider all fault is her and they went to abroad and he live there as a christen but h
is soul does not gives permission for change their realiogn then she went from here.
Other hand boy is very conservative and poltroon and comes from a rich family background and
lives with her mother and Father. But Mother is fashion Designer Father is Business man and the
y do not give time to his and always busy in their works and always fought each other.After fathe
r and mother death his lover also left him Alone. In this passage of time many time he praying an
d wish to Allah that all matter could set out but every time he disappointed. Finally he want to ch
ange his realign and become Christian. When Sania come in his life and realize him that his not d
oing good and he doesn’t change this realign. In the end they got married and spend good life.

3. Review:
I'm really enjoying this Story, especially the way Umera has highlighted the issues in life on diff
erent point of view. This two people finding the true meaning of their religion after going throug
h a terrible crisis in their lives. One woman who has estranged all relations due to her own misju
dgments and the other a man from whom fate has taken everything. They find each other thrown
together and find God and peace and love in the process.
The characters were definitely interesting and the author's style, like always, totally blew me awa
y. I smiled and I cried but still she left me wanting something better, something more. The story i
s captivating and soul-searching. It usually based on religion. Umera Ahmed wanted to show us t
hat sometimes we forget the relationship between Allah and us, if any crisis or trouble we faced t
hen we just ungrateful to Allah because of all situations. In this novel there are multiple stories of
different characters. My favorite character is Sania because first she realizes that she was wrong
with her religion and second she helps Hadid to find him the right way of life.
Hasil was written to give an insight about the behavior of the monopolists with the true souls. No
vel literally made me realize that if we are in trouble then we must get help from Allah and when
troubles comes on us its does not means we just go back and turn face from this problem and do
blame on Allah. If our wishes and desires could not accept its does not means we change our real
ign and find peace in other realign we should thanks to Allah in every condition then you get pea
ce and spend precise life.
