custom built adapters, with the underlying messages transported using TIBCO Rendezvous.
 The main source of all Troubleshoot information that CSI is publishing through Troubleshoot
management system. The messages received from these source systems need to be published
to one or more consumers of billing system data. Currently each of these systems has its own
adapter that transforms and routes the messages. The messages received from the billers
contain the routing information aka the message qualifiers which tells CSI where the message
needs to be sent.

The messages received from these source systems need to be published to one or more consumers of billing system data. Currently each of these systems has its own adapter that transforms and routes the messages.
