A healthier lifestyle means higher
stamina, better mood, and even a
sexier you.
Exercise and better food choices
provide a better and longer life
Importance of Being Healthy
• Being healthy means that your body and mind
function as they are supposed to.
• Health concerns both physical and emotional
well-being.
• Being physically healthy means that your body is
functioning as it should, without pain,
discomfort, or lack of capabilities.
My personal journey
• I was once in a position where I had
no energy, I was unhappy, and I was
always sick.Changing my lifestyle
and making healthier choices helped
me to become more active and less
stressed and I look awesome in the
process.After joining the military
and learning how to live an active
healthy lifestyle I became happier
and I no longer felt sick and fatigue.
Being healthy made me happier!
Exercising and making healthier choices can can
improve your look, your mood because it helps
you to blow off steam and release unneeded
stress making you be more relaxed and a lot
more happier and, you will be more energetic
because regular exercise and physical activity
boosts you endurance and improve muscle
strength.
Can improve your look by helping
you maintain a toned physical
appearance
The more intense the workout the
more calories you burn, the more
you tone, and the better you look.
• A good starter workout is running as fast as
you can for 1 minute and then walking for 2
minutes.
Exercise also improves mood
because it helps you to blow off
steam and release un needed
stress making you become more
relaxed and a lot more happier.
Physical activity stimulates
various brain chemicals that may
leave you feeling happier and
more relaxed.
You may also feel better about
your appearance and yourself
when you exercise regularly,
which can boost your confidence
and improve your self-esteem.
You will be more energetic
because regular exercise and
physical activity boosts you
endurance and improve muscle
strength.
Exercise is important not only for
your health, but it also increases
your energy and vitality. Exercise
gives the type of subtle muscle
tone that looks good to yourself
and others.
Exercise and physical activity
deliver oxygen and nutrients to
your tissues and help your
cardiovascular system work more
efficiently.And when your heart
and lungs work more efficiently,
you have more energy to go
about your daily chores.

is ongoing.Who wouldn’t want to
live longer and better?
• You want to function properly both physically

• Unhealthy habits and stressful working
conditions can affect your health
• You should take care of your health and work
environment, so that you can feel good and be
