Het ecosysteem en de samenwerking in de hightechindustrie hebben goede resultaten opgeleverd. De foodindustrie kan verder bloeien door vergelijkbare samenwerkingsverbanden te vormen. Voor iedereen belangrijk is dat het begint met Purpose, doel van de kernactiviteiten voor societal benefit. Natuurlijk People & Planet & Prosperity: netto economische impact voor de wereld. De gevolgen van perverse prikkels en duivelse drempels die lange termijn investeringen ontmoedigen en het aanjagen van positieve synergetische impact vertraagt.
Ten midden van de turbulente ontwikkelingen blijkt steeds vaker dat onze traditionele manieren van samenwerken, leiden en organiseren niet meer voldoen. De wereld om ons heen verandert hard. Hoe zorgen organisaties ervoor dat ze minimaal net zo snel mee veranderen. En hoe ziet de fysieke werkomgeving eruit die daar bij hoort? Noemen we dat nog steeds een kantoor?
Op 14 juni 2011 gaf ik een lezing tijdens de Unicef Open (tennis) in de hospitality suite van Ricoh voor relaties van Ricoh. Samen met Marko Koers, die een lezing gaf over persoonlijk energie management, zijn we daarna met de groep in gesprek gegaan over HNW.
