This document proposes developing halal tourism around Lake Toba in North Sumatra, Indonesia. It notes that Lake Toba tourism has experienced a decline in recent years. The purpose is to revitalize tourism by focusing on all aspects of the tourist experience, including accessibility, activities, amenities, and ensuring halal food options. The business plan outlines improving access via vehicles, boats and planes; providing rest areas along routes; enabling places of worship; promoting local culture through dance, fashion, and museums; and guaranteeing halal culinary experiences. Successfully implementing this comprehensive plan could rapidly boost tourism, jobs and community incomes in the Lake Toba region. However, it will be challenging to realize without community collaboration and significant financial resources.

The purpose is to develop tourism in Lake Toba
Region that’s we know that seems monotonous,
And it seems normal even last year experienced
A decline in the number of tourists both of from
Domestic and abroad.
While, in reality Lake Toba has extraordinary
Natural wealth with a million of it’s beauty.

3. The reason for development of Lake Toba
Tourism, Become Halal Tourism Lake Toba
Tourism development in question is not just about its beauty. But, about
all aof aspects including as accessibilities, activities, amenities and non-
halal culinary development.
That’s why the development in questions is about Halal Tourism of Lake
Toba. So that it can attract more tourists who come and enjoy a pleasant
vacation in the Lake Toba region without worrying about food or
culinary, a places to worship as church and mosque which is good and
worth to used. Therefore, tourist become comfortable and feel valued

4. Business Plan
 Planned of business plan is started from accessibility, by
car, boat, airplane and for short distances can use
motorcycle.
 Then, along the way, we are provide a rest area for tourists
to rest for a while , provide toilets, snacs and so forth to
support the pleasure of traveling torists.
 Develop proper amenities to use and avoid the anxienty
that tourists can worship properly.
 Development of local cultural activities (Batak Toba) such
as dance of Batak Toba (manortor), fashion axhibits,
museums and other relics which are considered valuable
and have a certain history.
 And don’t forget to Halal culinary, to guarantee the
comfort of the tourists, so they can enjoy various kinds of
Halal culinary such as Arsik, Napinadar, etc.

5. Selling
Point
If this business plan can be completed well asn
in the previous design, it will bring a very
rapid impact on the development and
progress of Lake Toba tourism, absorb more
domestic and foreign tourists, open up jobs
and increase the income of the local
community.
The weakness of this plan is that it will be very
difficult to realize if there is no close
collaboration with the local community, and
materially, it will cost a lot of money for
tourism development from its accessibility up
to activities.
