Convergenz, contracted by Ericsson, 6100 Sprint Parkway, Overland Park, KS 66211 07/2013 – 07/2014
E911 Test Engineer, Drive Test Support for E911 testing for new cell turn up and new hardware upgrade per
market sites. Provide test data/verify from Ericsson, Samsung and ALU switches and cell sites. Access switches and
using multiple systems such as SecureCRT to verify and test BTS/Cell sites and network using.
• Provide support to Test drivers/RF engineers for correct Phase, Sectors and are on correct Frequencies, (800 or
1900). Verify tester is calling correct PSAP and their Lat and Long. Help trouble shoot E911 routing issues.
• Log specified E911 tests using SecureCRT and MAPS, including logging into ALU, Samsung and
Ericsson switches to retrieve log files for test drives. Validate E911 calls are coming into correct
switch and BTS/Cell site.
• Assist in conducting drive testing for system modifications and enhancements to E911, ensure all systems are
processing correctly.
• Validate log results, update TVW with test results. Send updated E911 test results to PM for final
review.

• Maintain Spirent equipment in our RF room for software and hardware for Test Drive II application for
our test suites for MIP/Data Performance and EVDO.
• In-depth assessment of the customer’s networked application needs, providing network modeling and
simulation testing, consulting to further clarify needs, and engineering high-speed technology network
transports to deliver application functionality.
• Evaluates and tests network new/legacy CDMA devices according to internal or external customer
requirements or strategic business objectives. Work typically includes testing of CDMA devices from a
Network perspective based on the CEC requirements.
Client Support Analyst for Wireless Business Products and Services Escalation Team, a tier 3 support whose
primary responsibilities include but not limited to troubleshooting and resolution of CDMA wireless data issues for
Sprint Executive Officers, Managers, Directors, and VIP customers which include Executive level Business
Partners.
• Support, test, trouble shoot and document New/legacy CDMA, iDen, Smart/PDA phones and
Telemetry/Data Link devices.
• Manage CTMS (Clarify) and Escalation tickets for business clients, including Emergency and Police
departments to quickly resolve business device issues.
• Acting liaison between multiple departments in resolving business related issues within Sprint and
Clients.
• Utilize software tools, ex. P2K, Service Pro, MapInfo, Cell Site finder, Mobile CDR Inquiry, SPV
GUI, AAA Authentication Verification Tool to promptly trouble shoot, analyze, document and resolve clientele
issue for provisioning, network data and or hardware trouble.
• Admin for Black Berry Admin Console (BES), Blackberry Internet Provisioning, Good Link
