Job Description
Working as a Data Warehouse specialist (Senior Analyst) with expert knowledge of:-
• Project managemnet .
• Oracle Warehouse Builder (OWB) v9.0.3, v10.2g and v11gR2.
• SQL & PL/SQL Programming.
• Oracle Financial Service Application (OFSA): Balance & Control, Performance Analyzer, Transfer Pricing,
Rate Manager and Financial Data Manager Administration.
• Cost Allocation for the bank expenses using OFSA (ORACLE Financial Service Applications) module over
OFDM (ORACLE Financial Data Model).
• Relational Data Modeling.
• ETL (Extracting & Transformation & Loading) data from various sources to the destination (Data
Warehouse) in addition to data cleansing.
• Design and develop of data mapping and loading from bank source systems to OFDM data warehouse.

• Business Object (BO) reporting tool system Project manager.
The aim of this project is converting all business areas and pre-built reports from Oracle Discoverer reporting
tool to Business Objects reporting tool.
I have participated in BO project for six months. I have participated as project manager for this project ,
The company that implement this project take housing bank as a success trail, I can manage this project
And make it finish within scope, budget and time.
• Consolidate statement project Project manager .
The aim of this project to generate printed consolidate statement for HBTF customers and then send this
statement to customers by mail or email.
• Re-implement Data Warehouse Cost Allocation (Phase III) Technical team leader
The aim of this project is to re-implement the Cost Allocation of Housing Bank for Trade & Finance (HBTF)
which has been implemented in DWH phase II project, to fit with the bank new structure.
The allocation process covers direct expenses, indirect expenses (which are located on Head Quarter and
Branches expenses) which will be broken down to the Cost Centers, Profit Sectors, Profit Center, Branches,
and Products and finally to the customer’s account level.
We re-implemented most of Data Filter ID’s, Group Filter ID’s, Tree Filter ID’s, Allocation ID’s and Batch ID’s.

3. I Prepared all necessary documents and processes for this project.
Also we have created a Reconciliation report which provides detailed analysis on the cost allocation frame of
work, identifying the total allocated cost (direct expenses, and indirect expenses) to each cost center, profit
sector, profit center, branch, product, and customer accounts. It also provides complete analysis of the
allocated costs and compares it with the total expenses that need to be allocated. It also monitors all new GL’s /
cost centers / profit centers / products that are newly introduced in the bank and not included the cost allocation
frame of work.
• Central Bank of Jordan regulatory reporting (CBJ) system Technical team leader
The Bank needs to produce all the regulatory reporting according to specifications & Rules that CBJ has send
to all Local Banks in Jordan. And it should be sent el tectonically.
I have participated in CBJ project for two years. I have worked in the technical gap analysis, mapping check list,
implementation and testing phase.
I Prepared all necessary documents and processes for this project that DWH involved in.
I was technical team leader from technical side which decides the winner company for this project.
• Re-implement Data ware house to cope with new core banking (Finical)
The aim of this project is to re-implement all data ware house to cope with new core banking
This project is divided into 3 tracks :
- Extract phase and build mapping
- OFSA phase
- Reporting phase with Business object tool
• Oracle Warehouse Builder (OWB) Migration
The aim of this project is to migrate from OWB 9.0.3 to OWB 11gR2. We have prepared Oracle 11g DB as an
OWB repository, then we have installed OWB tool on the server and cleint side, after doing all necessary
configuration, we have started migrating all OWB Maps from owb 9.0.3 to owb 10.2, then we have migrated all
OWB Maps from owb 10.2 to owb 11gR2 (as oracle recommended migration path). Finally we tested all migrated
Maps on OWB 11gR2 and go live.
