This has been developed with a specific focus of complete solution for financial institutions looking to outsource their investor record keeping including registrar, transfer agency, dealing agency and representative responsibilities. It provides a comprehensive customer servicing solution for mutual funds. GTAP aims at supporting multiple Jurisdictions across the globe from a single point of contact, by implementing a single robust system across the jurisdictions which will reduce the operations and maintenance costs. This project is now successfully implemented in nine locations across the world and more locations are scheduled to migrate to this platform from various legacy systems. It automates the entire Transaction Processing, Registry and Transfer Agency functions within a Mutual Fund Company.
