2. Genre
The genre of our film is Horror. We have decided
to focus on the iconography of blood in our
attacks. According to our questionnaires, most
of the people we asked associated blood with
some of their favourite, and most memorable
horror movies.
Also focussing on other iconographies of
horror, we decided to use a child to play one
of the most significant roles.

3. Target Audience
We chose our target audience to be 16-14 year
olds. This is because they have lots of spare
time, money, student discount, and like to be
up to date with the latest media. They also
enjoy taking a break from their busy studying
life by escaping from reality to a surreal world;
the cinema.

4. Plot
We follow a father, and him taking revenge for having previously
been bullied. He cuts out photos of those who have bullied or
harmed him. He puts the images on his child's ‘Guess Who?’
game. Later we see the father and child playing the board
game and the child is subconsciously choosing his fathers
victim. This scene is juxtaposed by the dark scene and eerie
echoing the child's laughter. Becoming a serial killer, he
continues to repeat his attack on his other bully`s. He
eliminates them one by on the guess who game board.
Although there is 24 victims on the ‘Guess Who?’ board. The
movie only features the graphic murders of 4. He later gets
caught and placed in a psychiatric ward. A possible sequel
would include the child discovering why his father was in the
ward, resulting in the child fulfilling his father dreams and
completing the quest to murder his taunts.

5. Characters
Father – Manipulating his child. Sociopath. Had a troubled past
and becomes obsessed with destroying the lives of those who
destroyed his. Played by Morgan Radford.
Child – Unaware of the decision he is making. Subconsciously
decides the father’s victims for him. Has a close bond with his
dad. This is why his father involves him with his scheme.
Played by Owen Molde.
Victim 1 – Ex wife, and abandoning mother of the child. Most vengeful against her.
This would be played by Jade Dhariwal.
Victim 2 – Ex wife’s new partner. Jealousy is the main motive. Played by Ben Lord.
Victim 3 – School bully who made his childhood hell. Played by Joseph Ainsworth.
Victim 4 – His boss that made him redundant. Played by Josh Bakewell.

6. USP
It is heavily involved on the fun family board
game of guess who. No other film uses this
juxtaposition of board games and serial killing.
This is extremely scary for the audience
because it is so obscure and different. This
creates tension and suspense as the game is
an every day child game connoting innocence
and fun, against the experience and crime of
murder.

7. Locations
Thinking about local locations, conformed to
scary things. We will use the location of
Attenborough nature reserve. When this is
empty it can be eerie and frightening. It is an
isolated area and surround by tall trees and ha
a narrow constant, dusty path, running
through.

8. Why we call it guess who
We decided to call it guess who because it is the name of
the game that is most significant to the plot. Also it is
decisive to who will be the victim. The name is enticing
because it is a rhetorical question and immediately draws
the audience in.
We look at the internal monster. Domestic abuse is
common and fearful about our everyday life. We play on
this and bring it the sickening factor of realism. Also we see
a father as a protective figure of innocence, yet dominant.
It is perhaps this dominance and power he became
obsessed with.

9. Fonts
We chose this font’s the title because it has a deep blood red colour
and bold, block letters. The thick black background further
highlights the strong colour. The idea of dripping blood idealises to
the audience of murder, death and gore. All also connotations of
horror.
Our tag line - Are you going to join the fun?
It invites the audience in and gets involved. It is contradictable in the way that
what is happening is not fun. Maybe only in the sickest of minds like our
antagonist.

10. Production
Although we have not got a definite production
company. WE were thinking of something
along the lines of “twisted”. The connotations
of this are evil and can leave a lot to the
imagination.
