LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA – DECEMBER 15, 2014 – GTX Corp. (OTCBB: GTXO), a pioneer and
global provider of personal location wearable technologies, and the Jefferson Area Board for Aging (JABA) are
pleased to announce the execution of a pilot agreement for use of GTX’s flagship SmartSoles with JABA
clients in the city of Charlottesville and the surrounding counties of Central Virginia. The pilot is planned to
kick off during the second week of January 2015, and involves the use of 15 SmartSoles with identified JABA
clients.

Area Agencies on Aging (AAAs) were created by a federal law in 1974 to help older Americans and their
