2. A letter from home. I am writing this
letter to ask for help.

3. I am Mother Earth. I am your
home. I am just like you.

4. I must be loved and cared for.

5. I am the boulders and trees
you love to climb.

6. I am the sand that squishes beneath
your toes at the beach.

7. I am the grass you lay down on
to look at the clouds.

8. I am the cool green forests
and the hot red deserts.

9. I love to hug you with my
sunshine.

10. I have to ask you something. When
you look in the mirror what do you
see? Know what I see when I look in
the mirror? I see animals, the birds
and the plants.

11. There is only one of me but there are
billions of people. If each person does
a little something to help me it makes
a very big difference.

12. Tell your friends and other people
what I have told you.
