 Groceryhome.pk is a mode of purchasing products by
ordering them via the Internet-based stores, which
provides consumers with an easy access to products and
price information, and facilitates product comparison.
 Groceryhome.pk provide experiences including
information search, web site browsing/navigation,
ordering, payment, customer service interactions,
delivery, post purchase problem resolution, and
satisfaction with every purchase.
Business Idea:
 Due to inflation/increase in prices people shift to the super markets to buy
Consumer goods in reasonable prices but it is time consumable Process, Stuck
in the Crowded market, they have to stand in the Queue to pay bills.
 All other channel charge high prices of basic necessity products such as,
Wheat Flour, Rice, etc.
 People have to give some time from their life to buy Products from Super
Store.
 That’s why we launch the Online Super Store groceryhome.pk Business.
Proposed Solution
 Firstly, we solve the high price of basic necessity Products Such as, Wheat
Flour, Rice, etc. by Providing on low price then a market.
 We provide the platform for the people who do not want to waste their
valuable time in Super Markets, we provide all products at their home
whenever they needed they can order it from our website.
 We provide Original Quality product from Farmers to the customers in low
prices.
 The strategy is to build an impressive shopping website that not only takes
the order but also deliver the goods to the doorstep for housewife’s, working
women and everybody who want to avoid the rush of shopping mall, traffic
and regular going for the retail shops for their grocery needs.
Unique Selling Points
 We provide less prices with High Quality Product because we develop a
relationship with direct farmers and producers.
 We Provide below price then market price of Wheat Flour and Rice.
 We provide discount on customize deals made by the consumers.
 We also refund the Product if the buyer found the product default or not good
quality as stated we refund on the spot.

Cost and Revenue:
 In the 1st year only 10% profit we make, in future we will intend to gain at
least 20 to 25% profit.

 On the Yearly basis for the breakeven cost analysis we will cover in 2nd year
with the profit ratio of 20%.
