❏ They are owned collectively by the workers, giving them a say in the direction
of the company
❏ Their size makes them more resilient to systemic events as well
❏ It ties them to their communities

❏ They have gone from the “Trabant” to the largest economy in the EU
❏ One of the only economies to be running at a surplus instead of a heavy deficit.
