Six college projects that received grants to implement new models of delivery are summarized. The projects aimed to create efficiencies through shared services and collaboration. Setting up separate limited companies allowed partnerships to meet legal requirements while limiting liability. Initial outcomes included millions in savings through staff efficiencies and procurement. Deeper benefits included freeing up staff time and improving quality.
