Creating a marketing plan for “The
Sparks Foundation”.
 Introduction
GRIP | The Sparks Foundation is an organization that has been providing internship
opportunities to students remotely. As students go to their colleges, they learn many
skills but they don’t have ideas about how to utilize those skills or how can you be
benefited from those skills. Therefore The Sparks Foundation provides very useful and
good opportunities for students to explore themself and connect with many people out
there with similar interest and fields.

3. Run Contests and Challenges
4. Collaborate with Universities and Institutions
5. Utilize Social Media
6. Engage Influencers and Ambassadors
Plan to do Marketing via Instagram
 Most of the students are active on Instagram, so Instagram can be the best platform for marketing
and attracting the students
 The targeted audience is students of colleges who are waiting for their internship and placement.
 Regular posts and stories can attract students.
 Uploading reviews of students, and their experiences makes students connect to any platforms.
 Aware students via infographics, videos, and reviews.
 Sharing event highlights daily can also be a better plan for marketing these types of organization
 Facilities to communicate with members and easy communication and mentors can attract the
students.
 Collecting reviews of students helps to work on the weak points and provides opportunities to solve
them to bring better results next time.
 Conduct surveys or interviews to gather insights into their needs, aspirations, and challenges.
