(c) Explain two ways that adolescents in the group you identified in 16
(a)ii above may become negatively affected by the group. (4mks)
22. Secondary groups are groups that are larger than primary groups because there
is less intimacy and face to face contact between members, which operates on
a professional basis.
(a) Apart from the points mentioned above, state two other characteristic
that make up a secondary group. (2mks)
(b) Name two examples of groups that fit the characteristics you
outlined in number 21(a). (2mks)
(c) Explain three ways that this group you named in number 22(a) may
positively influence its members. (3mks)
(d) List three ways that this group you mentioned in number 22(a) may
discipline its members if they violate its rules and regulations. (3mks)

(2mks) (b) Name two examples of groups that fit the characteristics you outlined in number 21(a). (2mks) (c) Explain three ways that this group you named in number 22(a) may positively influence its members. (3mks) (d) List three ways that this group you mentioned in number 22(a) may discipline its members if they violate its rules and regulations. (3mks)
