The result was A and B graded contractors with low Total Recordable Incident Rates and Days Away from Work Rates on Chevron CBRES properties which led to work being performed safely and on schedule which saves CBRES money. Management Of Change (MOC) Coordinator and Management of Organizational Change Coordinator (MOOC) (January 1, 2011 – December 31, 2011) Controlled global MOC and MOOC process records and audited for compliance. Delivered Subject Matter Expert support for this process and online MOC and MOOC tools. Performed process review measurement and verification of metrics. Hurricane Ike Recovery Safety Manager (August 2008 – December 31, 2008) Managed safety efforts aspect of the contractors working on repairs to the Chevron facility. Health, Environment and Safety Analyst: (January 2, 2008 to August 18, 2008) Developed, implemented and deployed globally the 28 Safe Work Practice CBTs and instructor led training. Completed project ahead of schedule. Collected, analyzed and interpreted loss information for presentation to insureds in order to mitigate losses.
